Jonathan Crumly is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Decisions Consulting. In addition to sharing responsibility for the overall direction and strategic success of Decisions Consulting, Jonathan ensures that the daily operations of the company meet and exceed client expectations.
Jonathan provides decades of experience as an attorney handling complex commercial litigation for various clients in highly regulated industries as well as state and local lobbying. He has successfully obtained hundreds of alcohol licenses across multiple states and local jurisdictions.
Jonathan combines technical knowledge of state and local licensing requirements with a broad experience navigating political processes. These skill sets maximize his clients’ success rates for obtaining privilege licenses from state and local agencies.
Drina Miller serves as Chief Operating Officer with nearly 15 years of experience in the legal and licensing field. She has worked with 48 State Regulatory Agencies and numerous local jurisdictions on licensing and land use matters, building a reputation for navigating complex regulations with clarity and consistency.
In her role, Drina oversees a team of 30+ licensing specialists and consultants, maintaining a focus on efficiency, transparency, and strong communication with all stakeholders. Her work requires close coordination with state and local agencies, health departments, code enforcement, and law enforcement to ensure projects are completed seamlessly and in compliance.
Drina supports both small business owners and large corporations, securing licenses tailored to each client’s needs and enabling smooth transitions whether establishing new operations, expanding into new markets, or relocating existing businesses.
Kamira Jones is Director of the National Licensing team at All In Licensing. She is a dynamic and resilient professional in the field of alcohol licensing and compliance with over fifteen years of experience. With a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA with a focus in management, she is currently managing a team of Licensing Specialists working in 40+ States on all types of licensing required to operate a business. Kamira is also well versed in navigating the complexities of building and zoning permits. Her experience is diverse, spanning hands-on support for small businesses, partnerships, and the challenges of working with multi-tiered corporations. Outside the professional sphere, she enriches her life by exploring new restaurants and cuisines and providing enriching experiences for her children.
Elena Valarino serves as a Manager at All-In Licensing. Since joining the company in 2023, she has held multiple roles, bringing a strong foundation in client relations and operations to her current leadership position. With over five years of experience in client engagement, Elena is adept at navigating the fast-paced licensing environment and delivering strategic solutions to complex challenges.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Enterprise Systems at Kennesaw State University. Outside of work, Elena enjoys teaching color guard, a passion she developed over nine years of performance. She also loves traveling, reading, and spending time with her dog, Peaches.
Danielle Opoku is a Manager All-In Licensing. Since joining the team in 2022, she has advanced through key roles, including Lead Senior Licensing Specialist, bringing a strong focus on operational excellence and team leadership.
Danielle holds a degree in Sociology from Georgia State University, where she gained valuable leadership experience through active involvement in campus organizations—skills that have translated seamlessly into her work at All-In.
Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Evelyn Zelaya is a Lead Senior Licensing Specialist at All-In Licensing and has been a valued member of the team since 2023. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach to her role. Originally from Honduras and raised in the United States, Evelyn enjoys traveling, spending time in nature—especially at the beach—and cherishing moments with her family.
Liz Farrell is a Lead Senior Licensing Specialist at All-In Licensing. She joined All-In Licensing in 2023 and was promoted to Lead Senior Licensing Specialist after more than a year as Senior Licensing Specialist. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a minor in Professional Writing from Kennesaw State University. Outside of work, Liz is passionate about the performing arts and enjoys mentoring middle school students through teaching color guard and winter guard.
