Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan Crumly is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of All-In Licensing. In addition to sharing responsibility for the overall direction and strategic success of All-In, Jonathan ensures that the daily operations of the company meet and exceed client expectations.

Jonathan provides decades of experience as an attorney handling complex commercial litigation for various clients in highly regulated industries as well as state and local lobbying. He has successfully obtained hundreds of alcohol licenses across multiple states and local jurisdictions.

Jonathan combines technical knowledge of state and local licensing requirements with a broad experience navigating political processes. These skill sets maximize his clients’ success rates for obtaining privilege licenses from state and local agencies.

Kamira Jones

Director, National Licensing

Kamira Jones is Director of the National Licensing team at All In Licensing. She is a dynamic and resilient professional in the field of alcohol licensing and compliance with over fifteen years of experience. With a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA with a focus in management, she is currently managing a team of Licensing Specialists working in 40+ States on all types of licensing required to operate a business. Kamira is also well versed in navigating the complexities of building and zoning permits. Her experience is diverse, spanning hands-on support for small businesses, partnerships, and the challenges of working with multi-tiered corporations. Outside the professional sphere, she enriches her life by exploring new restaurants and cuisines and providing enriching experiences for her children.

Director, Finance & Accounting

Greg Evans is the Director of Finance & Accounting at All-In Licensing, where he oversees the company’s financial operations, reporting, and internal controls. Since joining the company in January 2026, Greg has focused on strengthening accounting processes, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting scalable growth through clear, reliable financial insight.

A Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of experience, Greg has served in director, senior accounting, and controller roles across consulting, professional services, governmental, and nonprofit environments. His expertise includes full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Greg is known for his hands-on leadership style, strong process orientation, and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights. He partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity, improve efficiency, and support informed decision-making across the organization.

Charisma Parker is a Manager at All-In Licensing. Since joining the team in 2023, she has developed innovative approaches to licensing processes and has been an essential asset to the company’s success. She holds a law degree, which she leverages to bring unique and strategic solutions to complex licensing needs across multiple jurisdictions.

In her spare time, Charisma enjoys watching college and professional football games, fashion, and baking sweet treats for family and friends.
